I've Got The Key I've Got The Secret....

Morning/afternoon beautiful people today is the day where it is just me and the dog in the house! NO kids BOTH back at school woohoo just hoping my big man is having a cracking first day at high school. It's funny when he left primary school just 7 weeks ago he looked so big and grown up then this morning in his blazer and tie he looked so small....He will love it I am sure :)

Today I am talking more Autumn/Winter 2016 Key Looks!

I wrote about Dark Lips yesterday which is a must so I shall be scouring over that again briefly today along with other key makeup colours, hairstyles and nail trends.

So a MASSIVE look this season is EYELINER!

From sexy feline flicks to the every so trendy smoked eye look literally every way you wear your eyeliner is in fashion!

So with eyeliner you must always start from the inner corners of your eyes and draw along the lash line towards the outer corners of the eyes.
Keep going over to get the required thickness.
End with the flick or keep it simple or go all out crazy and draw and shape you desire!

There are many choices of eyeliner now available to try:

Kohl Pencil > Ideal for beginners, best eyeliner for smudging to achieve the smoky eye look. Use to tight-line your eyes applying to the upper inner eyes and bottom inner eyes and under the bottom lashes.

Liquid Pen > Is again really easy to use just like a Sharpie pen literally draw the line along your lash line. Best eyeliner for the sexy feline flicks and gives a more bold dramatic finish.

Liner Brush with Eyeshadows/Pigment Powders > Another great way to apply your eyeliner is by using a Liner Brush and Eyeshadow or Pigment Powders. Dip the brush into either Rose Water or normal water and pick your colour eyeshadow/pigment powder. A little more of a steadier hand is required and do it in stages starting at the inner corners going out towards the outer corners, finishing how you desire.

TIP: Steady for elbow on your dressing table for a more steadier hand.

Lips

Mentioned in my previous Blog post Dark Lips are a must for A/W2016.
Berry coloured stained lips are a key look and can be achieved with younique's Stiff Upper Lip Lip Stains.
Make sure you exfoliate your lips first for a more even, smooth application.
When applying Lip Stains don't apply like a normal Lip Stick or Lip Gloss paint it on like a paint brush and DON'T 'moosh' your lips together, allow to dry.

Eyes

Peachy/Coppery toned eyes are the colours for A/W2016!
Either wear matte or shimmery, powder or cream.
Achieve this look using younique's Moodstruck Minerals Pigment Powder in 'Giddy' or Splurge Cream Shadow in 'Defiant'.

Face

Soft, matte skin for your base makeup.
The perfect foundation to achieve this look is younique's Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation, goes on a liquid and dries to a matte, powdered finish.
Best applied using the Liquid Foundation Brush.
Only a minimal amount of this foundation is needed 5 drops on the brush covers the entire face and neck on most women!

Nails

Dark Berry Rouge Reds and Metallic finishes.
CND Shellac in Masquerade and Safety Pin are perfect shades for this season.
Wear together or on there own, add some Nail Art with MoYou Nail Art Stamping with Black or Metallic Polishes.
